Our full service has been put together according to the needs of many customers for more than 9 years. Our main areas of advice, execution and data analysis cover the focal points that you will need to work effectively and purposefully with data-driven marketing in Dynamics 365.
Are you worried about whether you can fill all the hours? Most companies are often surprised by how much more efficiently their setup and campaigns can run in Dynamics 365. By analyzing data, we will always be able to find optimization opportunities.
If there is a surplus of hours, our experts spend time analyzing your data and come up with ongoing recommendations on how your use of the system can be optimized.
We have one support solution, which comes in three different sizes. They all contain exactly the same, so the only thing that varies for the three is the amount of hours included.
If you need more or fewer hours, we are also happy to tailor a package with the number of hours you need, still full service. Contact us to find out more about the options so that we can find a solution that suits you.
Ongoing support without an agreement is invoiced at a fixed hourly price of DKK 1,290.
Once a month you will receive a report with an overview of the hours spent. You will also be invoiced monthly at the agreed price, regardless of whether you have used more or fewer hours (see the section “We measure the hours over 3 months”).
It is your responsibility to submit assignments to fill the hours. We are happy to spend a few hours monitoring your system and analyzing data continuously, but we cannot guarantee to fill all remaining hours in your package.
When purchasing a support package (regardless of size), there is also a binding period of 3 months. This also applies if you want to switch to a different package size.
If you use a little more or less hours in a single month, it is no problem. As long as the total number of hours, measured over three months, corresponds to your package size.
In the event that you use more hours than your package has included, you will be invoiced for the excess hours. You will be invoiced DKK 1,290 per hour that exceeds your package.
Larger projects are estimated in addition to your full service support. Full service support is primarily intended for ongoing support and tasks that fall within the category “normal” everyday tasks. This means that initiation of a larger project will be estimated (both in terms of time and budget), and invoiced in addition to your full service support agreement.
