We unite two types of partners that are often separated: the Microsoft partner, who acts as a technological advisor, and an agency specialising in specific areas such as marketing automation, lead generation, graphic design, paid media, etc.<\/p>\n

A Microsoft partner can advise on Microsoft’s sales or marketing systems from a technical perspective centred around data but does not typically work with paid advertising, lead generation, or customer acquisition. Conversely, most agencies often lack technical knowledge of Microsoft systems and are unfamiliar with how data should be used to generate insights within the systems and how that data can subsequently be utilised across both sales and marketing.<\/p>\n

With the right guidance, businesses gain insight into which CRM solutions best complement their Microsoft Office 365 licence and how they can work with data and insights across the organisation. We then assist with implementation and execution.<\/p>\n

A typical Microsoft partner knows a great deal about Dynamics 365 but may not necessarily understand how to integrate it with your marketing activities outside these systems. Our larger customers already have Dynamics 365 (Microsoft’s CRM system) in their sales departments and want to leverage the data and opportunities in their marketing departments. We first advise them on which marketing automation systems are best suited to their organization and needs. We then help several of them carry out various marketing tasks.<\/p>\n

We get a number of companies as customers who have already chosen a marketing automation system for their Dynamics 365, often Microsoft Marketing (Customer Insights Journey) <\/a>or ClickDimensions.<\/a> What these companies have in common is that they have chosen the marketing automation system through their Microsoft partner, but this partner cannot help them work in the system. As shown in the model above.
